At Pink Swan Cleaning, we go through a thorough vetting process before hiring any new staff. They are interviewed and all of their references are thoroughly checked and verified. We require legal documentation to enable us to verify their identity, their home address and their right to legally work. We also request CRB checks on all of our staff before they are permitted to work for us. We personally train our staff to make sure they are working in accordance to our policies, cleaning methods and standards and our health and safety regulations. They will all have Pink Swan Cleaning Identification badges that will be visible at all times whilst performing any services in your home or premises.
