How can I book my clean?

There are a number of ways this can be done. You can book directly through our website, you can email us at salesenquiries@pinkswancleaning.co.uk or you can request for a call back or you can contact us directly on 0800 024 6164. You can choose whichever option is more convenient for you.

Can I meet my cleaner first?

Yes, especially if you require a regular cleaning service, this is recommended. We can arrange a meeting with the cleaner at your home or premises at a time that suits you.

Will I have the same cleaner each time I request your services?

This does depend on the service you require. For example if you use our products, materials or equipment, you will have a cleaner who is able to drive with a full UK license. However, some of our cleaners are not able to drive so they only clean the homes of clients who can provide them with all the cleaning products, materials or equipment needed for the service requested. Of course if you do request a specific cleaner, we will do our best to provide you with her services.

How will the cleaner know what services I require?

We will supply you with a simple task/feedback sheet. (Depending on when you require the clean it will be posted /emailed or provided by your cleaner) On this sheet you can specify exactly what you want done and any special requirements you may have. This will take less than a few minutes to complete. The cleaner will use this as a guide so everything will be completed to your exact requirements and nothing will be left out or forgotten. This sheet requires your signature as well as the cleaners so we can make sure you have received the services you have requested.

Do I need to supply the cleaner with cleaning products, materials and equipment?

This depends on the service you require. We can supply you with just cleaning products and materials (chemicals and cloths etc) or we can supply you with just the equipment. (Vacuum cleaners or steam mops) It is important to note that if we are providing you with any products, materials or equipment needed to clean your home there may also be additional charges for congestion charge (if applicable) and parking if parking cannot be provided.
There are several options available as we understand everyone has their own needs, requirements and budget so we give our clients the option to select what they want to use and exclude anything they do need. Very few companies offer this service so more often customers are actually limited in their options. We do not want our customers to feel they have to settle as that is all they can be offered. We go that extra mile with tailor made cleaning services to suit everyone; we guarantee you will be 100% satisfied.

How do I know I can trust my cleaner?

At Pink Swan Cleaning, we go through a thorough vetting process before hiring any new staff. They are interviewed and all of their references are thoroughly checked and verified. We require legal documentation to enable us to verify their identity, their home address and their right to legally work. We also request CRB checks on all of our staff before they are permitted to work for us. We personally train our staff to make sure they are working in accordance to our policies, cleaning methods and standards and our health and safety regulations. They will all have Pink Swan Cleaning Identification badges that will be visible at all times whilst performing any services in your home or premises.

Do you provide insurance cover for any damage caused by your cleaners?

Yes we do. Our company has extensive public liability and employers liability insurance with cover up to £1,000,000. Cover is provided for most major damage over £100.

How do I make payment?

You can pay via cash, cheque, debit/credit card, bank transfer or Bacs payment. For some services is may be necessary to pay a small deposit to secure your appointment. However, full payment is made once the service is completed and can be given to one of our cleaners or we can phone you upon service completion to make payment arrangements.

What do I do if I want to cancel a clean or service?

Yes this is absolutely fine. Notice must be given at least 24 hours in advance otherwise you may still be charged for the full price of the service.
However if this is a contracted domestic regular clean, two weeks advance notice must be given.
