End of Tenancy Cleaning Service

Services included in an End of Tenancy Clean

Our prices are based on properties that are in a reasonable condition and are either empty or partially furnished and unoccupied. Prices may vary depending on the actual size and condition of your property as well as your exact requirements.

Our services will include the following tasks:

Throughout the property we will vacuum carpets (carpets can be shampooed at an additional cost), mop hard flooring, clean woodwork (doors, frames, skirting boards, and picture frames) clean fittings and fixtures (switches, sockets, radiators and extractor fans) and remove cobwebs. Clean windows internally (Please note-skylights and other internal windows which are not easily accessible are not included in our standard end of tenancy cleaning package but can be cleaned at an additional cost)  and frames (excludes sliding door and window tracks) External window cleaning is also available at an additional cost using our reach and wash system.   We can also remove any marks on walls where permissible for an additional cost. (The price is dependant on the condition of the walls) 

Living Room/Bedroom

As well as the above, we will also clean all furniture, vacuum sofas, curtains and blinds  (these can be upholstery cleaned at an additional cost) Bed linen and mattresses can also be cleaned at an additional cost.


Descale tiles, shower screen, shower head and hose, taps, toilet and basin, remove mould where possible,  (heavy mould and limescale may carry an additional charge), clean extractor fan. Floors will be cleaned and polished by hand.


Clean cupboards (internal and external) clean all accessible hard surfaces, clean appliances (hob, oven, microwave, fridge, freezer, tumble dryer, washing machine) internally and externally, descale and polish sink, wipe down walls to remove grease. Clean skirting boards (Cutlery, crockery, pots and pans can also be cleaned at an additional cost).

Your cleaning team will attend your premises in full uniform and will bring all the necessary equipment and products in one of our own company cars. Please note-parking charges are applied where parking cannot be provided. Congestion Charges may also apply to properties located in Central London.

The cleaning products and chemicals we use are extremely strong and therefore provide an advanced level of cleaning performance that far outweighs the performance of the cleaning products found in supermarkets.

All our vacuums are equipped with HEPA filters. We use industry-leading carpet cleaners and our steam mops have The British Allergy Foundation’s Seal of approval. We are one of the very few cleaning companies that promote the use of steam cleaning/mops as an alternative to traditional buckets and mops, as they are more efficient, cost effective and eco-friendly whilst simultaneously maintaining high levels of hygiene.

All of the chemicals we use are biodegradable and we are able to provide safe and effective use of the products we apply. Therefore, not only do you have piece of mind knowing that the products used on your premises are strong and powerful but that they are also safer, healthier and kinder to the environment.
